It has a strong quality control team involved in the pre-production examination of fabrics, accessories patterns, and samples. They are also engaged with in-line production inspection such as cutting, sewing, trimming, ironing, packing, and post-production inspector assortment-wise stacking.

Our well-equipped production facility is backed up by modern technology and high-tech machinery to keep us current with the fashion world. We are equipped with a variety of modern machinery. It includes both high-performance Multiple Needle Machines as well as Tufting Machines. We offer our customers the highest quality machinery and highly skilled staff to ensure they get value for their dollars.

We also do the daily in-line inspections and the final inspections. We also maintain and test the colorfastness, yarn counts, actual wait, shrinkage, and other characteristics of the fabrics. A Few Lines About Quality Control
- Every order must be dispatched within the delivery time. To achieve this, we keep a close watch on the production planning and critical path of the factory, so as to anticipate problems that may arise and found solution in time
- All our fabric manufacturers and accessories suppliers have their own standards of quality apart from sticking to those prescribed by the buyers.
- During bulk production and sampling, our skilled staff is ensured at every step to avoid any discrepancy between the actual product and the approved sample.
- We utilize the latest technology,most reliable,and well-equipped testing sources to conduct the required quality tests on the product.
- We keep periodic records of the production status and emailed the attachment of the reports to buyers as frequently if they wish.
- A final quality inspection is carried according to buyers AQL level . The quality report is sent to the buyer for approval prior to shipment upon request.
